Our approach

Our residential programmes are led by experienced NHS registered clinicians who specialise in type 2 diabetes. These specialists, diabetes educators, dieticians and lifestyle coaches are passionate about empowering you to take control of your diabetes

Our residential program is led by experienced endocrinologists, diabetes educators, registered dietitians, and lifestyle coaches who are passionate about empowering you to take control of your diabetes.

The next course on the 8th July will be led in person by Dr Julian Brown. He has previously been the East of England Prescribing Lead and regional Diabetes lead within the NHS. His GP practice has won multiple awards for best national outcomes for type 2 diabetes. His team's approach is to empower you to optimise your lifestyle, come off medications that are not of benefit to you and ensure you are on the right medications for your personal care. Dr Matthew Jack and Dr Glen Munday will also be located at the centre to support your needs. All proceeds from this latest additional programme will go to the charity Health Amplifier. Please note places are likely to be available as we have only just advertised this programme on 30th June 2025.
